Straight Outta Savasana

Feeling the need to slow down and truly restore? Straight Outta Savasana offers a sanctuary of calm. In this restorative yoga class, we'll use a generous array of props – think bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps – to fully support your body in gentle, passive stretches. By holding these poses for several minutes, we encourage deep muscle release, soothe the nervous system, and promote a profound sense of well-being. It's the perfect opportunity to unwind, let go of stress, and find your way back to a state of equilibrium, leaving you feeling balanced and energized after your extended savasana.
